VISION

FAN's vision is to advance the feminist abolitionist agenda, through which survivors of gender-based violence are the SHEROS in the ongoing struggle for liberation, with power to govern, create policies, and to shift the material conditions that impact their daily lives. Our collective freedom is our ultimate goal.

MISSION

Freedom Action Now (FAN) is grounded in anti-capitalist radical queer Black and Southeast Asian feminism. As such, FAN engages campaigns to stop state violence against and improve material conditions for those most impacted by capitalism, patriarchy and white supremacy.

The core mission of FAN is to mobilize allies across all backgrounds to provide material support to grassroots organizations led by working class Black, Southeast Asian, and other women and queer people of color in Wisconsin.

FAN follows the political leadership of the Black, Southeast Asian, and other women and queer people of color whose struggles we support.
